Our Story

Homistic Real Estate, Inc. was founded by Michael Solotke, a Service-Disabled U.S. Army Veteran and Rhode Island principal broker, in 2006 at the leading edge of the foreclosure wave. The firm was built from the ground up around distressed property disposition, and we emerged from the 2008-2009 foreclosure cycle with deep expertise, tested systems, and the institutional relationships that define our practice today.
